Rove Viewer does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data or your photos. Your files never leave your Mac.
Rove Viewer collects no personal data. The app runs entirely on your device.
The only network request the app makes is to validate your license key when you activate a purchase. This sends only your license key string to our payment processor (LemonSqueezy) to confirm it is valid. No photos, filenames, or personal information are included in this request.
All photos and folders you open in Rove Viewer are accessed locally on your Mac. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. Rove Viewer has no server, no account system, and no analytics.
Purchases are handled by LemonSqueezy. When you buy a license, LemonSqueezy processes your payment and sends you a license key by email. Rove Viewer does not receive or store your payment details. LemonSqueezy's privacy policy applies to the checkout process.
Rove Viewer does not include any crash reporting, analytics, or tracking libraries.
